The tracking number to each package is sent in the shipping confirmation e-mail. You must click on the track order button where it will direct you to the proper shipping website to show where your package is.

We offer a full range of accessories located in our Accessories section. To protect your sunglasses, always keep them in a case when not being worn. We offer a variety of hard cases and our micro fiber cases, that not only store glasses but clean the lenses.

Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought on the NYS Collection Eyewear website at our retail locations. All returns/exchanges must be returned by mail.

Refunds for items returned within 45 days of purchase date will receive a full refund or exchange in the same form as the original payment. Please fill out the Return section of the Return and Exchange Form and enclose the item (s) you are returning. Please be sure to indicate if you would prefer a refund or to make an exchange for a different color or item.
